The Preferred Options report is the first formal stage in production of the North Northamptonshire Joint Core Spatial Strategy. It builds upon the Issues and Options document produced for informal consultation in June 2005. This is your opportunity to comment on the document. Please Note: Since publication of the Preferred Options paper, our consultants have advised that figures relating to land requirements for offices detailed within Table 3 (page 39) are significantly over-estimated. The updated Preferred Options Paper also includes a correction in reference to paragraph 9.7 (page 48) to include reference to the need for improved public transport, including the provision of a passenger rail service to Corby as part of the strategy to manage and alleviate congestion on the strategic and local road network.
