Version of Interim Housing Statement (Part A) as agreed by Joint Planning Committee on January 9th 2014. Representations on Part B of the Interim Statement are being considered by the individual planning authorities, who will separately agree their elements. It has been agreed through committee that the Interim Statement (Part A and B) will be a material consideration in determining planning applications and the preparation of site specific plans (including neighbourhood plans).
