Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd (NEL) in conjunction with Northamptonshire planning authorities is carrying out a Strategic Employment Land Assessment (SELA) study across the county.

The SELA will inform a range of policies and projects for the economic and spatial development of the county. Importantly, the SELA will inform the evidence base for Core Spatial Strategies in the county and Local Development Frameworks in highlighting the potential level and locations for future employment land in the county.

There will be a six week period of consultation, from the 11.06.09 to the 24.07.09 to provide stakeholders the opportunity to comment on the scope and detail of the SELA.
