Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy (TFCC) has been commissioned by the North Northamptonshire Development Cooperation (NNDC) to produce a Cultural Investment Plan for North Northamptonshire. This Plan will identify those delivery platforms and required actions for a coordinated and committed approach to culture across the County. The Plan shall also form an evidence base upon which local planning policy can be derived.

 

As part of the preparation of this Plan, TFCC has developed an online blog where views, suggestions and ideas can be left in order to inform this work. It also provides further information on the project in general terms.
